The story behind a launcher that started as a personal project and became something worth sharing.
The reason i started Vexora was mainly because at the time, i felt like there was no truly good launcher. All either had ads, ran horribly, or was incredibly bloated.
I wanted to keep going and make this a good Launcher for personal use and also because my friends had saw it, and they told me that they thought it could go popular, or that it could be a good Launcher one day. That motivated me to keep going.
I want to make this a launcher with a massive community and also with a great playerbase using it. I believe that one day this could really all be worth it. As of now, we have quite large features being built, we are working on Mac and Linux support for this Launcher, and also working on adding in-game features such as a icon beside their name.
I have a GitHub for the website, I plan to make this Launcher open-source but not right now. I also have a YT channel and discord where you can report bugs.
Your Minecraft credentials go direct to Microsoft. Vexora never sees them, never stores them, never touches them.
No paid tiers, no subscriptions, no ads. I believe that all of these things ruin launchers. Mine will be a truly Free Launcher with no Loopholes.
A launcher is something you open every time you play. It should look and feel good, not like an afterthought.
I believe that Community is one of the most important things that any minecraft Launcher or Mod should have. If we have a good community, thats how we can expand features and make our Launcher better for Everyone.
