Get Started

Up and running in 60 seconds

Download, install, sign in with Microsoft. That's it. You don't even need an account to get the launcher — only when you want to play.

Installation

Step by step

01
Download the installer

Click the Download button above and save VexoraSetup.exe anywhere on your PC.

Windows SmartScreen warning? This is normal for new apps without a code-signing certificate. Click "More info""Run anyway" to proceed.
02
Create a Vexora account

Register with any username and email. This is your local launcher profile — stored on your machine, never on a server. You can also sign in if you've used Vexora before.

03
Link your Microsoft account

Vexora will show you a short code and open microsoft.com/link in your browser. Enter the code, sign in with your Microsoft account, and you're linked. Your credentials never leave Microsoft — Vexora only stores the resulting auth token.

04
Play!

As soon as you open the Launcher, click create instance, choose your version and loader. Its that simple. And then all you have to do is click the Play button.

FAQ

Common questions

Is Vexora safe to use?
Yes. Vexora uses the standard OAuth 2.0 Device Code Flow for Microsoft login — the same method used by the official Minecraft launcher. Your Microsoft credentials are entered directly on Microsoft's website, not in Vexora. The only thing stored locally is the auth token, which is saved to your own machine.
Do I need to own Minecraft Java Edition?
Yes. Vexora is a launcher, not a way to pirate the game. You need a legitimate Minecraft Java Edition purchase linked to your Microsoft account to play. The launcher will tell you if your account doesn't own it.
Why does Windows show a security warning?
Windows SmartScreen warns about any app that doesn't have a code-signing certificate, which costs money and requires a business entity. This warning doesn't mean the file is dangerous — it just means it's not widely distributed yet. Click "More info" then "Run anyway" to proceed.
Where is my data stored?
Everything is stored locally in %AppData%\Vexora Launcher\data.json on your machine. Nothing is sent to any Vexora server. There are no Vexora servers.
Is Vexora open source?
This launcher as of now, is not open-source. That is mainly because the Launcher is still in such early access. But very soon i promise to make the Launcher open-source on my Github, and also make a video of its release on my YT Channel.
